Production Technique

The production of our wines, after a careful selection of the grapes, is made using ancient techniques, duly controlled. After the crushing procedures the wine is transferred through stainless steel pipes to containers for its maceration and fermentation.

The maceration process does not take very long because we have chosen the intense ruby-red as a typical colour of our wines. For the fermentation we have in our production area a large capacity in different containers sizes, in order to control the "Vindima" period and the fermentation conditions.

Our concern for the maximum quality- that begins in the vineyards care- is also reflected in the production process where our major efforts are to achieve the best quality in our products.
